We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on this Site as accurately as possible. However, since the actual colors you see depend upon your computer and monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed to you will be completely accurate.
Embroidery-N-More By JAC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. Due to the customized nature of the goods sold by Embroidery-N-More By JAC, you will be charged upon authorization of your payment method and verification of your order information for accuracy.
Personalized orders typically ship from Buzzards Bay, MA within 5-7 business days. Please note special orders & larger orders may take longer. If you need something faster, we suggest contacting us. We may be able to expedite your order. Rush fees may apply.
Some orders that are placed during major sales or contain free gifts could take an additional day or two.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.
